For e-commerce orders: Keep frozen for up to 3 months. Once thawed and refrigerated, they’re best eaten within 7 days (or up to 12 days at a stretch).

For retail purchases: Please check the best before date and storage instructions on pack. We recommend enjoying all store-bought product within 3–4 days for the best taste and texture.

Good for 24 hours out of the fridge — any longer, and pop them in the fridge or keep in the freezer. Fresh veggies + no preservatives = worth the chill.

We don’t add any nuts to our recipes, so they’re lunchbox safe. However, this product is made in a facility that also handles nuts and may contain traces, so it’s not suitable for those with nut allergies.

Our mission isn’t to make sugar-free products. In fact, many “sugar-free” snacks rely on artificial sweeteners that can affect your gut health when consumed in large amounts.

Unfortunately, unlike sugar, the exact quantity of these sweeteners isn’t required to be disclosed on nutrition panels so its almost impossible to know how much you're consuming.

Although Veghead muffins look and taste like conventional muffins, they’re something quite different.
We replace the cheap fillers and additives that make most products shelf-stable for months with real, premium ingredients — like fresh vegetables, wholegrains, organic monk fruit and organic vanilla essence.
Because of this, our muffins need to be kept refrigerated at all times to stay fresh - just like your veggies!

Ultimately, you get what you pay for. If cost is a concern, we’d love for you to try one of our free recipes at home instead.

Outside of the situations covered in our Returns & Refunds Policy, we’re unable to offer refunds on perishable products. However, our support team — and our dietitians — have a few tricks up their sleeve for fussy eaters! Sometimes it’s as easy as warming them in the microwave for a few seconds, pairing with a little butter, or adding some colourful sprinkles.
