My Story
VEGHEAD was born from lived experience — the childhood dread of anything green. Mealtimes were battles, veggies were swallowed whole or smuggled into pockets. My poor mum still finds broccoli tucked inside books.
That love–hate relationship followed me into adulthood, until my health finally pushed me to learn how to make vegetables actually taste good. Asian food taught me the secret: veggies don’t have to be the side act — they can be blended and paired with big flavours. They can be the reason you lick the bowl.
But in supermarkets? Convenient, veggie-forward options were basically nonexistent. And once I started reading the research on kids’ veggie intake, I couldn’t unsee it: blended into familiar foods, kids eat more and are far more willing to try them.
So, I quit my job, studied Nutrition Science at Stanford, and teamed up with two brilliant dietitians to build the thing I wish existed — veggie-packed snacks that taste so good you won’t even realise you’re eating vegetables.
This is just the beginning. 💚

the problem
The latest NHS data showed that 96% of children (2–17) and 94% of adults don’t eat enough veggies. While sugary, low-nutrition foods continue to exceed intake guidelines. Its getting worse, we need bold, practical solutions that actually meet families where they are. -
The mission
To make it easier for all Aussie families to eat more veggies. Through delicious, dietitian-approved products, practical free nutrition content, and by supporting charities that provide nutritious meals to children in food-insecure households. -
The vision
We envision a future where veggies are celebrated! Woven seamlessly into everyday meals from morning to night. Where getting your five-a-day is effortless, joyful and accessible to every family, and the supermarket is filled with veggie-packed foods that kids love.
